2. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply visit our website, choose the type of portrait you want, upload photos of your pet, and complete the checkout process. Our artists will take care of the rest!
3. What kind of photos should I upload? Please upload high-quality photos with good lighting where your pet's features are clearly visible. Multiple angles and close-ups can help our artists better capture your pet's personality.
4. How long does it take to receive my portrait? The creation process typically takes 2-3 weeks. Once completed, digital portraits are sent via email, while framed and canvas prints are shipped and typically arrive within 7-10 business days thereafter.
5. Can I make revisions to my portrait? Yes, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product. Just let us know what adjustments you’d like to see, and our artists will make the necessary changes.
6. What if my portrait arrives damaged? If your portrait arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
7. Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we only offer shipping within South Africa. Digital portraits, however, can be delivered worldwide via email.
