We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. 2.3 Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review the order details and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.

3. Product Delivery

3.1 Digital Portraits: Digital portraits will be delivered via email within 2-3 weeks of order placement. 3.2 Physical Portraits: Framed and canvas prints will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after order approval and typically arrive within 7-10 business days. 3.3 Shipping: Shipping costs and times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. We currently only ship within South Africa.

4. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

4.1 Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. Requests for revisions should be made before final approval for printing. 4.2 Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your portrait, contact us to discuss possible revisions or adjustments.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Damaged or Defective Items: If your portrait arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. 5.2 Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items that have been approved for printing or passed the revision period are not eligible for returns unless defective. 5.3 Return Process: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service for returns. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
