At Flippen Cute, we strive to ensure every pet portrait brings joy and satisfaction to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Here is our comprehensive returns policy to address any concerns you might have.
Return Eligibility:
1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your portrait arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the damaged or defective item, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to love your portrait. If you are not satisfied with the final product, you can request revisions. Our artists offer unlimited revisions to ensure your portrait is perfect before final approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, items that have been approved by the customer for printing or have passed the revision period cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us: Email us at info@flippencute.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if it’s damaged or defective.
2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions on the return process or the next steps for replacements or refunds.
3. Processing Time: Returns and refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Refunds:
1. Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
