  • Our artists take 5-7 days to create and perfect your custom pet portrait.
  • Once your portrait is approved and finalized, it will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.

3. Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery time within South Africa is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays from the courier service.

4. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • You can use this information to monitor your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

5. International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping for physical products. However, digital portraits can be delivered via email worldwide.

6. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.
  • Flippen Cute is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • If your package arrives damaged or if it is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@flippencute.co.za or via WhatsApp at 068 622 6494. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your artwork.
